Refund policy
We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As such, we offer a 30-day return policy.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:
- Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the item securely in the original packaging.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return: items that have been personalized, items that have been used, and items that have been damaged due to misuse or neglect.
